Take the Dolphin Expressway (SR-836) West to the Florida Turnpike (SR-821) South. Take Exit 25 for SW 8th Street (US-41 / Tamiami Trail) West. Continue west for approximately 11 miles. Coopertown will be on your left (south side of the road).
Take I-75 South or the Florida Turnpike South to SW 8th Street (US-41 / Tamiami Trail). Drive west 11 miles past the Turnpike. Coopertown is clearly marked on your left with large signs and airboat fleet.
Follow US-41 (Tamiami Trail) East across the Everglades toward Miami. Enjoy the scenic national park corridor. Coopertown is located approximately 14 miles east of Shark Valley on your right-hand side.
